Hey - it’s Hannah
I hate intros. I’d rather be face to face and ask a million questions about you - but since I need to write this here I go.
I consider myself to be obnoxiously outgoing for being a product of homeschooling. I have always loved photography, meeting new people, and making people smile. I use way too many exclamation points in my emails, and I usually stay up way too late. I’m a wife to my high school sweetheart, a homeschool mom, aspiring homesteader, and frequent flyer at the local thrift shops and estate auctions. I basically run on coffee, Diet Coke, and Red Bull. It’s bad.
Professionally, after a stint in the Tourism industry in the Event Planning and Marketing divisions in college, I realized that my true passion was entrepreneurship. One night I was doing laundry at the laundromat in our town because our washer was broken, and I heard an ad for a turn-key photo booth company. It was like midnight, and it was so very random. I started looking into photo booths as a business option, and I was instantly hooked. I never did go with the company I heard on the radio but I built my own first booth with a tripod, camera, and printer on a cardboard box... And so, Rivertown Photo Booths was born!!
Why the name Rivertown photo booths?
I live in Vevay, Indiana. Have you heard of it? Probably not. It’s a teeny little town nestled on the banks of the Ohio River, exactly one hour East of Louisville and one hour West of Cincinnati. So we’re from a river town - and serve a ton of river towns. It just rolls of the tongue too! I love working in the city and coming home to the country life. It’s the perfect balance.
